Why should I join VIP Club?
Joining VIP Club takes your gaming experience to the next level. As you move up through the program, you’ll enjoy exclusive rewards and unlock bigger benefits with every status upgrade.
How to become a part of VIP Club?
Everyone with an account at Funzcity automatically starts at Rookie 1. After each round in the game, you’ll earn points that accumulate, promoting you in the VIP Club.
What do I get when I reach the next status?
Progressing in the VIP Club is extremely rewarding! Every new level unlocks a spin of the City Wheel. And your City Wheel rewards grow as you upgrade your status — so does your Daily Playback.
How long will I keep my level?
Your VIP Club progress resets every month. If you level up during the month but don’t reach a new status, you’ll return to Level 1 of your current status. If you don’t level up at all, you’ll drop back to Level 1 of the previous status. To avoid downgrading, make sure to level up at least once each month! VIP-boost offers don't count toward your progress. Only actual gameplay levels you up and protects you from losing your VIP level.
What is Daily Playback?
Daily Playback is a VIP perk that gives back a portion of your played Coins. It’s calculated daily based on the total Coins you played the previous day, as of 00:00 UTC. Daily Playback is available at all VIP statuses, and must be claimed within 24 hours of being calculated.
How to get Daily Playback?
All VIP Club members are eligible for the Daily Playback reward. To earn it, all you need to do is play! The amount you receive depends on how many Coins you’ve played — and your current status.
How is Daily Playback calculated?
To calculate your Daily Playback reward, we start by taking the difference between the total Coins you played and the total Coins you won during the previous day. From that amount, we subtract any free Coins received from promotions, tournaments, daily wheels, and special offers. Next, we apply the percentage rate of your status to the remaining amount to calculate your reward. The final limit depends on your current VIP level.
